Divinity II compilation will feature improved graphics, added content

Divinity II compilation will feature improved graphics, added content

For those that haven't gotten into Larian Studios' excellent RPG Divinity II: Ego Draconis yet, you'll have the perfect chance this autumn. Publisher Focus Home Interactive will be releasing a compilation pack featuring the original game and its upcoming expansion Flames of Vengeance -- word is it will be even better than the base game and development has gone very smoothly.

Divinity II will be getting a boost of its own though with improved graphics (see screens here) and more content.

Unfortunately the pack -- dubbed Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga -- is only confirmed for Europe, so you may have to import if cdv doesn't pick this one up for North America -- we've inquired as to their plans and will update you accordingly. Update: cdv has told us, "We currently do not have any plans to bring the Divinity II compilation to NA at this time, but [we'll] keep you posted if anything changes."

Regardless, if you love traditional RPGs, this is absolutely one to keep an eye on -- those Europeans know what they're doing.

The Dragon Knight Saga will launch in October on PC and Xbox 360.
