Counter-Strike: Source for Mac OS X on the way

Source for Mac OS X on the way

Valve has been mighty busy earlier this week but that doesn't mean they've forgotten about us lowly gamers back at home. They took a small moment of their time to let out Counter-Strike: Source will arrive on the Mac during the week of June 21.

The popular team-based FPS pits terrorists versus counter-terrorists against each other as one side tries to prevent the other from successfully carrying out an objective such as the terrorists planting a bomb or counter-terrorists rescuing a hostage. New players should take a moment to learn the ropes as CS has some realistic elements in gameplay such as gun recoil, accuracy reduction when moving, and no respawning allowed per round.

Last major update we heard about CS:S was last month when the game would be receiving various stat-tracking features from Team Fortress 2 and some Source engine updates. There's probably a good chance that these latest changes will arrive the same day CS:S makes its Mac debut.
