Prince of Persia Epilogue - PC Left Out?

IGN reports that Ubisoft is working on a DLC pack for Prince of Persia, titled "Epilogue". The DLC is set to expand the storyline past the end of the game.

"Without spoiling the end of the game to those who haven't completed it, the DLC will develop the relationship between the Prince and Elika following the end of the game and will give additional narrative elements. Also, players will discover the immense and once glorious Underground Palace which is now corrupted and where danger awaits every corner."

"Epilogue" is set to arrive for Xbox 360 and PS3 on February 26 via Xbox LIVE and PSN. No official word yet on pricing, but It's most likely going to be at least $10.

Personally I'm very disappointed at Ubisoft for two reasons. First, they are treading on a dangerous ground where you have to pay extra to get the "whole story" of the game, so to speak. Without spoiling anything, anyone who has completed Prince of Persia understands why this is a problem in this specific case. Second, it seems that PC players are going to be left out completely. Nothing has been said about "Epilogue" on the PC, and as Prince of Persia is not a Games for Windows title, the DLC can't be distributed through it (like Fallout 3 DLC worked with simultaneous launch of PC and Xbox 360 DLC). I guess in theory Ubisoft could release the DLC through a digital distribution service like Direct2Drive, but at the moment things don't look too good for PC players.
