Braid coming to PC on March 31st

Braid coming to PC on March 31st

Braid, a quirky, time-bending puzzle-platformer is coming to the PC at the end of March.

The game was a surprise hit, on the Xbox Live Arcade, last summer. Made by developer Jon Blow, Braid allows the player to bend and reverse time to their advantage. Game reviewers loved the game, praising it for its inventiveness and its new twists on the platformer genre. Braid also quite well, selling 50,000 copies within the first week of its release.

The game will be offered, exclusively, through Stardock's Impulse download platform. This is a good win for Stardock, who only started Impulse service last year. So far Impulse does not have a tremendous library of games available for download; throughout 2009 they will no doubt be attempting to increase their selection.

Braid will be selling for $19.99.
