Activision tossed out a whole mess of amazingly shiny screenshots today. We're using that word literally too.
The new Transformers: War for Cybertron screens are sparkly in the most literal sense, taken from the new gameplay reveal trailer. It's still mostly cinematic-quality, but you'll catch fast-paced gameplay segments toward the last several seconds.
War for Cybertron will feature both an Autobot and Decepticon campaign, telling the tale from two different perspectives. Online, you can play with your buddies, cooperatively or competitively, in a number of multiplayer modes.
The Transformers, as the trailer shows, are in their pre-Earth forms, mostly old school with a touch of sci-fi sleekness. Check out the screenshots below the vid -- they'll make excellent wallpapers. Oh, and we've included images from the DS version too, just for kicks and your viewing pleasure.
