Mass Effect 2 character DLC is Kasumi Goto

Yet more DLC is coming for Mass Effect 2, this time in the form of character content -- specifically: master thief Kasumi Goto, unfortunately an NPC. Oh BioWare, you tease.

Kasumi is the galaxy's "most enigmatic thief." She has tons of enemies, though most would be hopeless in putting a face to the name. She's quite a mysterious lady indeed, but in any case Cerberus has seen her as a great fit for your squad, so aboard she comes. In return for her technical and stealth services, you must help her in her own quest to take down a deadly criminal going by the name of Donovan Hook. Shepard doesn't mind -- more XP for him (or her).

Unfortunately it's not stated if the content will be free or not as before (there's no mention of it), but we'd assume so. No date is known yet, either, but we'll estimate within the next few weeks.
