Valve Announces DotA 2

Following months of speculation, Valve Software has officially announced the development of DotA 2, a stand-alone sequel to the popular WarCraft III mod. Due out in 2011, the game will feature several key improvements like a visual upgrade thanks to the Source engine, integrated voice chat, AI bots that take over for disconnected players, a system that rewards players for participating in the community, interactive guides, a coaching mode and more!
