Medal of Honor open beta has begun

The PC open beta for Medal of Honor begins October 4, but gamers can begin downloading the necessary files now to ensure no wait times when the date comes, and to maximize play time.

The beta starts Monday and ends Thursday at about midnight PDT. EA reminds if you have the old client files installed, uninstall them first before giving this version a go. Also, in order to see server browser pings, run the program as an admin.

Head to the source for details on content and strategies, and links to the download. Also remember to keep in mind the changes over the last beta.

Update: Steam users can now pre-load as well. Hit up the alt. source.
