Blizzard bans over 5,000 Starcraft II cheaters

Blizzard bans over 5,000 Starcraft II cheaters

Blizzard swings the almighty banhammer again by taking aim at no-gooders in Starcraft II. Over 5,000 users were hit with a swift suspension or ban that'll prevent them from playing the game (unless they buy another copy of the game, of course).

The cheaters were found to use cheat or hack programs that would not only gain a blatantly unfair advantage but could also potentially cause "stability and performance issues" with Battle.net. Do yourselves a favor and just play the game as intended or cheat in isolation so others can enjoy it in peace.
