Darksiders was a damn good game, and we've honored it repeatedly for being one of the best IPs 2010 has seen. While a sequel was confirmed earlier this year, THQ now states it is nowhere near completion.
According to the publisher's own estimates, the second Darksiders won't be done until the fiscal 2013 period; bear in mind that "fiscal" also encompasses the final months of the year before, which means the end of 2012.
Either way, we'll be going through 2011 and much of 2012 (at least) Darksiders-less.
