NFS Hot Pursuit Limited Edition offers up exclusive exotic cars

You're looking forward to Need for Speed Hot Pursuit. There's no argument there, and you were waiting for a Limited/Collector's Edition announcement before pre-ordering. Well, EA and Criterion revealed today that there will be a Hot Pursuit LE.

It'll come with six exclusive exotic vehicles. Check 'em out:

Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione
Ford Shelby GT500
Audi TT RS Coup
Chevrolet Camaro SS
Porsche Cayman S
Dodge Challenger SRT8

Now, only the Ford Shelby and Alfa Romeo are true exclusives, meaning they're only available through the Limited Edition. The other four are actually unlocked in-game as you level up in the regular editions. You'll find samples of these cars in the following screenshots, along with some unrelated coolness -- Bugatti police cruiser, need I say more?

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit comes out November 16 for North American dwellers, then three days later for gamers residing in the UK.
