Star Trek Online subscription models announced with lifetime option

Star Trek Online subscription models announced with lifetime option

Subscription models for Star Trek Online have been announced, with one option for the particularly dedicated (and loaded).

First we'll start with the regular rates:

 USD CAD GBP EUR DKK

1-Month Recurring 14.99 16.49 8.99 12.99 82.45

3-Month Recurring 41.97 46.17 25.17 35.97 230.84

6-Month Recurring 77.94 85.73 46.14 65.94 428.67

For those really into the Star Trek MMO thing (perhaps you've been enjoying the beta like our readers?), a lifetime subscription option is available for a whopping $300. However, from now until February 2, you can grab it at $240, or a 12-month subscription for $120. There's no mention of a regular price for the 12-month, so it sounds like that one won't be on offer after the cut-off date.

If you are wealthy and passionate enough to drop the $300, you'll be given two extra character slots and a playable Starfleet captain who's been reclaimed from the Borg. The 12-month plan will include the two extra character slots only.

In addition to that, 60-day "Game Time Cards" will be available at retail, and those who purchase a box copy will be granted a free 30-day trial.

Head to the source for more.
