Fresh in: a sixth developer diary for Airtight Games' Dark Void. This one's actually pretty interesting, unlike all the rest (we kid), as it covers character and "performance."
Our best friend Jim Deal continues to talk about their relationship with publisher Capcom and how to live up to their reputation, art director Matt Brunner discusses protagonist Will who they didn't want to be standard fare action hero, and lead designer Jose Perez III (for serious) comments on the "realness" of the characters -- we're all imperfect, so they are too. No Mary Sues, here.
Perez also notes at one stage they weren't sure whether the game was great or garbage. To be honest, we're still not, but time will tell soon enough.
