Popular in the independent gaming scene, Crayon Physics Deluxe is currently celebrating its first birthday World of Goo-style. That is to say, you can pay what you like and obtain a full copy of the PC title.
Based solely on the concepts of physics as combined with drawing, some may know the title through the iPhone App Store, or DS homebrew, where it's proven a hit as well. The PC version features touch screen support, if you can afford such luxuries. If not, there's always the good ol' mouse or writing tablet.
See it in action, with some beautiful music to cure what ails you, too (free soundtrack, anyone?):
As with WoG, we recommend a sizeable sum, particularly given the mod support and level editor. Creator Petri Purho writes, "Pay 1 cent and you’ll get the game. Pay 5 dollars and you’ll make a me slightly happier man and you’ll get your game. Pay the usual 19.95$ and you’ll make me as happy as the chimp in [this] photo."
The demo and the game can be had via the link below (the former with this offer until January 15). Note download speed current pre-dates dialup due to all the attention, but give it time.
