Hot off the presses, White Birds Productions have announced that their upcoming Point & Click Adventure title, Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals, has officially gone gold and will begin shipping to stores across the United Kingdom and Scandinavia on November 21st. Here's the scoop:

Haarlem, The Netherlands – November 19, 2008 – Adventure game fans across the United Kingdom and Scandinavia will be delighted to hear that Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals for Windows® has achieved Gold Master status. Published by Lighthouse Interactive and developed by White Birds Productions, Nikopol allows players to experience the fascinating and elaborate universe inspired by the famed Nikopol Trilogy 2059 graphic novel series and feature film Immortal, created by esteemed graphic novelist Enki Bilal. After a 30 year hibernation in space, your father returns to an authoritarian and decadent Paris, France. As Egyptian god Horus tries to install himself as overlord, your mission is not only to prevent him from carrying out his plans, but also to find your father who is under the sway of the cold-blooded and ambitious god. Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals will be available at the Lighthouse Interactive European Web Shop and major retail outlets across the United Kingdom and Scandinavia beginning November 21, 2008.
