First screenshots of the upcoming game Clutch were released today.
You play the game as some sort of future-hobo named Clutch. In this future world, your cross-country hobo-ing leads you to a pack of car-loving jerks, who spend their time combing over the old and radiated ruins of the Large Hadron Collider. Apparently, there is all sorts of treasure in the ruins. But watch out for mutants!
Treasure hunting can be competitive. Once something is found, a new death race begins.
From what I can tell, it looks like this is a smash-up derby style racing game. You outfit your car with weapons, like massive, giant spikes, and try to kill -- and or maim -- all of your opponents.
This game is coming from a fairly large Russian publisher called Games Factory Interactive. Sometimes they make games in-house, and Clutch is one such title. They are partners with "Atari, JoWooD, Namco, Nickelodeon, THQ, Ubisoft and Warner Bros" so this game will most likely becoming to North America. Previous GFI titles include Specnaz: Special Tactics where you play as a Russian anti-terrorist group, and Pranksterz: From Russia With Love, where you play as an undercover Russian spy whose trying to "piss off an American spy named Arnold Rubenstein."
