Blur trailer highlights split-screen and power-up mayhem

New Blur trailer from Bizarre Creations and Activision briefly shows us what the four-player split-screen will look like, also highlighting some of that aggressive elimination play.

The game isn't due until 2010, but things are shaping up quite nicely. We see more opportunities to be a jerk toward other players by activating offensive power-ups that can potentially blast them into walls or each other; more defensive drivers can just go with the usual boosts and stuff. Might be a real huge hit with Burnout fans. So far, over 50 licensed vehicles have been confirmed, and Activision is heavily advertising Bizarre Creations' innovative take on social gaming with Blur's community-based interface. Collect allies, rivals, fans -- go nuts!
