Looks like our earlier prediction for the Batman: Arkham Asylum DLC was right, as Rocksteady and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have officially revealed the upcoming "Insane Night" map pack. No word on the price yet -- just kidding, it's free!
Some of you might whine that these are only more map packs, but let me reiterate that this DLC is free, as in "requires no money." On Thursday, September 17, you'll be able to download the new maps off Xbox LIVE Marketplace and from the PlayStation Store.
The "Insane Night" pack is split into two Challenge Maps: "Totally Insane" and "Nocturnal Hunter." The former features fast-moving foes that let players test their FreeFlow mastery in order to survive waves (and waves) of enemies. The latter, "Nocturnal Hunter," is more stealth-driven and requires more skill as a Predator, making use of watchtowers and Batman's wide arsenal of Bat-gadgets.
And don't worry, PC gamers, because the map pack will also be available for that version as well.
