Kerberos Productions -- probably best known for their Sword of the Stars 4x space TBS games -- will be exploring the coming zombie invitation this weekend with their new title Fort Zombie.
Fort Zombie puts you in the shoes of a lone survivor of a zombie outbreak. You have to build your metaphorical fort to survive the outbreak of zombie-initis by gathering supplies, ammo, and any other survivors you can find. Priced at $15, Kerberos is describing the game as a "lite" action RPG for the PC.
Suitably on time, the game will be arriving on Friday, the 30th, in time for Halloween.
A trailer was released today to mark the incipient launch of the title.
We know zombies have the tendency to lurch about, but they are really jerky in this trailer. Hopefully this is just due to a poor method of recording. In real life, it's alright if zombies jerk around this much, but in games, people will probably be less forgiving. Hopefully the gameplay makes up for any shortcomings in the graphics.
