Keeping our modems nice and toasty this weekend, the guys over at Rockstar Games have released a new patch (v1.0.2.0) for the PC edition of their Open-World Action title, Grand Theft Auto 4. Weighing in at 33MB, this update features rendering and VSync optimizations, adds some new graphical options, and addresses an issue with mirrors on Nvidia 7000 series cards.
