Nintendo's eShop will be getting a good deal of additions when the 3DS firmware update is released this November. The big feature every 3DS owner will look forward to is downloading demos and add-on content for supported games. Plus, you'll be able to complete downloads in sleep mode. In the future, PC and mobile device users will be able to browse the eShop. You can't make purchases without your 3DS but QR codes will be provided so you can go directly to a product's page on your handheld. The ability to buy eShop content with your PC or mobile device will come at a later time.
