Right on schedule, the guys over at Spicy Horse Games have launched a new episode for their twisted Action-Adventure series, American McGee's Grimm. Available exclusively through GameTap, "Episode 6: Godfather Death" centers around a famous doctor who tricks Death (aka his godfather) into sparing the love of his life. Here's the scoop:
When a couple gives birth to their 13th child, the father ventures out to find a godfather to raise the baby. The man chooses Death, who actually agrees to raise the boy. In fact, Death helps him become a famous doctor, armed with knowledge regarding which patients could be saved and which 2198 could not. When the man falls in love with a girl that Death is about the claim, he tricks his godfather into sparing her life. What punishment might Grimm find suitable for someone trying to cheat Death, especially when Death is, as in this case, family.
