Though The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is running on a fresh new engine, Bethesda says it hasn't forgotten its roots, as it will again support modding with the release of a toolset on PC.
"We've always been impressed with what the community has done with our tools," the company wrote in its forums. "Like the Elder Scrolls Construction Set for Morrowind and Oblivion, we plan to release Creation Kit so you guys can mod Skyrim."
This also bodes well for the PC version of Skyrim in the technical department -- if a toolset is being released, likely we can count on the usual long list of graphic and tweaking options as well.
