Grabbing out attention this afternoon, Blizzard Entertainment has announced that they are now accepting applications to beta test their highly anticipated RTS, StarCraft 2. To sign-up, just log into your Battle.net account (create one here), visit your "Beta Profile Settings" page, run the system check utility to submit your hardware details and select opt-in for the SC2 beta. Then it's just a matter of waiting to see if you get in. Good luck! :D

Anyone having a problem submitting the beta system check program. i keep getting a unable to submit error message. Wonder if it has something to do with my beta sp2 on vista 64? 22d6

You can do it in Europe IF you have some other game tied to battle.net (in my case, Warcraft III). If not, you have to wait until EU WoW->Battle.net merges start.
For EU, use http://eu.battle.net (which is working fine at the moment)
Blizzard has stated that the account merges start BEFORE Starcraft II beta begins, so just wait...

Ya, I had no problem uploading my system specs but both of my friends are saying they get an error when trying to upload, I am guessing server overload. Starcraft II is the most popular upcoming RTS by far anyways.
