Fallout 3 Mod Tools Released

As promised, the guys over at Bethesda Softworks have released some official mod tools for their hit post-apocalyptic RPG, Fallout 3. Dubbed the Garden of Eden Creation Kit (or G.E.C.K.), these tools allow you to create your own landscapes, towns, characters, weapons, dialog trees and pretty much anything else you can think of.
